Since 2015, the Kanarimagik label has been producing educational and cultural resources for young people, their families and their education providers, in paper or digital format. Kanarimagik helps to advance education and Senegalese culture through the use of fun media such as drawing, comics and animated videos, in order to share knowledge in various fields.
The “DIGITOONZ AFRIKA 2023” project aims to showcase Senegalese comics. It includes the creation of a space dedicated to digital comics (La Maison de la Bande Dessinée et de l’Image) and professional training for key players in the sector. The project is seeking to modernise the Senegalese comics sector by also creating a “Webtoon” platform (online portal forcomics/manga).


ASSIB' ARTS Togo is an artistic and cultural association founded in 2017, which specialises in promoting African dance heritage and teaching art to young people. Its main aim is to help professionalise young names in dance and to raise awareness about the importance of protecting and promoting this heritage.
The Festival des Rencontres Chorégraphiques de Lomé, FA'ARTS, aims to professionalise young Togolese and African dancers by providing training and artistic residencies. The expected results include the training of 30 young artists and dancers, the creation of 5 dance shows and the broadcasting of over 15 professional shows in 5 Togolese towns.


The association Clinik’Art aims to use its resources to help promote culture and art with a view to the social, economic and personal development of people in Togo and Africa more widely.
The project Théâtre Chez Vous (Theatre at Home - TCV) was created to enable artists to continue working through the COVID period while reducing the risks of spreading the virus. The aim of this edition is to broadcast five shows in the five regions of Togo, with at least 15 broadcasts per region. The project also aims to strengthen the capacities of theatre companies in each region and create a national network to make theatre and the arts accessible to people from all levels of society.


The association SIKOTA aims to showcase African art and culture through dance, by promoting the practice of contemporary dance and the visual arts, along with intangible cultural heritage, and by fighting for the professionalisation of artists. It also contributes to the social integration of artists, economic development and the promotion of entrepreneurship and the cultural industries in Africa.
The project consists of selecting 10 semi-professional young women to take part in a training, research and creation residency, followed by a broadcast of the performance created in schools, cultural centres and government, non-government and foreign institutions. A business model will be implemented in order to make the resulting show profitable.


The Association Jeunesse Unie et Développement Durable (United Youth Association for Sustainable Development - AJUDD) is an organisation governed by national law in Burkina Faso, founded in 2019. The AJUDD aims to set an example for young people in terms of solidarity, patriotism and citizenship. Its key mission is to strive for more responsible, more civic-minded and more united young people.
Its main aim is to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The AJUDD also strives for access to healthcare, quality education, the promotion of cultural and environmental entrepreneurship, the prevention of gender-based violence and the promotion of human rights.


The cultural association Koumakan was founded in Conakry in 2017 to promote creativity as a driving force for development. Koumakan is one of Guinea’s most dynamic cultural associations, with over 10 years of experience in the cultural sector!
The project aims to give Guinean school pupils a grounding in their culture by helping them learn about and practise storytelling. It raises awareness among teachers about the role of storytelling in the transmission of culture and values, and gives pupils a greater understanding of Guinea’s oral tradition, as well as a renewed interest in reading.


The association ART AU DELÀ DU HANDICAP (Art Beyond Disability) aims to promote the personal development and fulfilment of people with disabilities through art and culture.

“NOUSSONDIA” is a project that aims to teach dance, theatre, music and sign language to 60 children with disabilities and 20 children without disabilities from several West African countries. The project promotes inclusive education and artistic talent in people with disabilities.


Located in Accra, Ghana, LOATAD (Library Of Africa and The African Diaspora) is a library dedicated to championing and preserving the work of writers from Africa and the diaspora from the late 19th century to the present day. One of its flagship projects is the organisation of writing residencies aimed at writers of all levels from 16 West African countries.

The 2023 session will welcome a total of 12 writers split into one-month residency periods. A third of the places will be reserved for local Ghanaian writers, and women will represent half of participants, as will those aged under 35. During this residency, each writer will have to work on a written project set to be published at the end of the year.

The aim is to give writers the time, space and resources they need to work on a long-term project, thereby boosting their skills and confidence and, above all, helping them to create a network in the sphere of literature.


The ACMUR Burkina collective was founded in 2002 with the aim of structuring, developing and perpetuating street art in West Africa. Made up of artists working in different disciplines, the association strives for a higher level of professionalisation and artistic standards.
The project's goals are to re-create two performances on the themes of democracy and integrity, set up a circus tent as a venue for shows and training, produce these shows and take them on a national, regional and international tour with a newly-founded arts booking agency so that they can be shown throughout Burkina Faso and in Europe.


The Laboratoire d’agriculture urbain (Urban Farming Laboratory - LAC de Lassa) is a production studio working on climate issues and the protection of biodiversity in Bamako. Its team offers training and workshops on sustainable development and urban farming practices, as well as cultural, art and craft-based activities.
The aim of this project is to support image education and the development of digital dissemination resources for Malian cultural assets, by encouraging the practice of pottery. It hopes to promote expertise, raw materials and ceramic-making techniques.
