ASSIB' ARTS Togo is an artistic and cultural association founded in 2017, which specialises in promoting African dance heritage and teaching art to young people. Its main aim is to help professionalise young names in dance and to raise awareness about the importance of protecting and promoting this heritage.
The Festival des Rencontres Chorégraphiques de Lomé, FA'ARTS, aims to professionalise young Togolese and African dancers by providing training and artistic residencies. The expected results include the training of 30 young artists and dancers, the creation of 5 dance shows and the broadcasting of over 15 professional shows in 5 Togolese towns.
The association SIKOTA aims to showcase African art and culture through dance, by promoting the practice of contemporary dance and the visual arts, along with intangible cultural heritage, and by fighting for the professionalisation of artists. It also contributes to the social integration of artists, economic development and the promotion of entrepreneurship and the cultural industries in Africa.
The project consists of selecting 10 semi-professional young women to take part in a training, research and creation residency, followed by a broadcast of the performance created in schools, cultural centres and government, non-government and foreign institutions. A business model will be implemented in order to make the resulting show profitable.
Trajectoire
The Centre de Développement Chorégraphique "La Termitière" aims to be an iconic location for contemporary African choreographic creation, guaranteeing artistic excellence. Here, creation is always conceived and carried out with the aim of distributing works and professionalising artists.
The "Trajectoire" project is part of the promotion of the creations of young West African choreographers using the importance of digital technology and networking. At the end of the project, 11 young dancer-choreographers and 5 cultural administrators will have benefited from training in creation, management and mastery of digital tools, and 5 works will be produced and distributed on the sub-regional and international markets.

More than ever, École des Sables wants to maintain its educational role and offer development opportunities to young dancers from the continent. This centre of excellence offers participants local and international artistic career opportunities. However, in order to allow black dancers to reveal themselves and to blossom outside the stereotypes of the dance world, it is essential that this course be given by teachers and researchers from Africa, its diaspora and the West Indies, in a spirit of sharing, dialogue and reciprocal exchange. Moreover, the collaborations between Pan-African dancers will be the fruit of new creations offered to festivals and a touring circuit in Europe, the United States and the world.

Focus on JANT-BI- École des Sables
Founded by Germaine Acogny and Helmut Vogt in 1998, Jant-Bi - École des Sables, the International Centre for Traditional and Contemporary African Dance, aims to provide professional training for African dancers and to develop and promote contemporary African dance. It has already trained over 700 dancers from 27 African countries.
"De l'Homme vers l'Homme", contemporary dance
Specialised in the field of contemporary dance, the Don Sen Folo association anchors its project in the transmission and dialogue between ancient traditions and contemporary gestures. Its distribution in public spaces increases the visibility of the artists' work among the public and local authorities, and is also a good way of getting around the difficulties of distribution in traditional infrastructures, the networks for which are often lacking in this region. In order to improve the production of African dancers and choreographers and to promote this art form at national and continental level, "De l'Homme vers l'Homme" will focus on strengthening artistic skills, activating South-South cooperation, and setting up an African network for contemporary dance in public spaces.

Focus on Don Sen Folo
The Don Sen Folo association has been working since 2010 on the issue of access to culture, formerly in the Kalaban Coro district of Bamako and currently in the rural commune of Bancoumana. With the firm belief that Art and Culture can become the economic engines of tomorrow's society, the association works to make the work of artists known and understood by the population.
